At Blue Harbor Tech Solutions LLC we understand the full range of capabilities of IMS Engineered Products. Established in 1974, we can fulfill requirements for mid to high volume metal stamping. In sheet metal fabrication we appear No. 4 on the Fab 40 publication. Our capabilities include design, stamping, laser, punch, form, weld, hardware insertion, paint, assembly, production integration and test.
To fulfill requirements of modular power for a large Electrical Contractor we employed our sheet metal capabilities to build tap boxes, server racks, integration cabinets, circuit breakers, network cabinet, CRAH controller and full branch cabling. The modules were used to power data centers for the world’s largest search engine.
We find that when we engage our metal fabrication and cable harness entities we can help reduce the supply chain and maintain accountability with one supplier.
